Draw a picture. Shrink it on photocopier. Make multiple copies. Cut them out and paste them on another piece of paper. Copy that paper. Take that copy and cut out a stencil of what you want in color. Take a piece of sticker paper and put your stencil on top. Give it a mist of paint. Let it dry. Put it in the copy machine paper tray. Take your original and make a copy of it onto the painted sticker sheet.
